We specialize in trauma-informed therapy for youth, families, and survivors of sexual abuse, offering expert guidance rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and an understanding of life’s real complexities.
Blueprint Counseling doesn't shy away from the hard stuff. We're one of the few agencies in the region offering evidence-based counseling for children and families dealing with Problematic Sexual Behavior (PSB). Our approach blends clinical skill, deep compassion, and a commitment to community wellness.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Neither is your blueprint.
Let’s draft a better tomorrow—together.

FAQs

Common Questions
What if I’m not sure what I need?
That’s completely okay. The first step is simply showing up. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you here and build a plan that feels right for you. No pressure. No judgment. Just support.
What is the duration of counseling sessions?
Counseling sessions typically last around 45-60 minutes, but the duration may vary based on the specific needs and progress of the client.
Do I have to be "formally diagnosed" in order to receive services?
Not if you're paying out of pocket. If you don’t want a formal diagnosis or don’t want one documented in your records, you can choose to self-pay. We believe you don’t have to “qualify” to get help—if you’re struggling, you’re welcome here. Most insurance companies will require a diagnosis. Some more specialized work may require a diagnosis.
Do you offer Christian Counseling?
Yes—when requested, we can incorporate Christian beliefs and values into the counseling process. We respect and honor the role faith can play in healing. At Blueprint Counseling, we meet you where you are—whether faith is a central part of your life or not part of your journey at all. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive space that reflects your values. If Christian-based counseling is something you're looking for, just let us know.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy sessions for clients anywhere in North Carolina. Whether you're juggling a busy schedule, live outside of Asheboro, or just prefer the comfort of your own space, virtual sessions can provide the same level of care and connection as in-person visits. All you need is a private space and a stable internet connection.
